Jones’ Journal is a small, independent publication. We keep things simple and straightforward so you always know what to expect.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are packed with care and usually ship within 48 hours of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is on the way.

Returns

Because we’re a small indie publication and print in limited batches, we’re not able to accept returns at this time. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before you check out.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right. Please contact us with your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
